If working with metrics, AI tools, and deep product expertise is something you're passionate about, apply below 👇 💎 What you'll be doing: 📊 Daily analytics of TOP-VIP clients' gaming activity by region 🎯 Daily tracking of TOP players and operational communication with regional teams regarding their status and activity ⚡️ Daily control of productive activation and reactivation of TOP-VIP players in regions 📈 Identification of growth opportunities in gaming activity, retention, and development of the TOP-VIP base 🚀 Development of approaches and mechanics for fostering VIP gaming, increasing the number of TOP players, and their integration into regional teams 📋 Preparation of regular analytics and summaries on TOP-VIP client gaming 🔎 Identification of anomalies, deviations, and potential risks in VIP clients' gaming activity 🤖 Integration and application of AI tools for in-depth analysis, monitoring automation, and finding new approaches to VIP base development ✅ Quality and efficiency control of the VIP product, including identification of product issues and areas for improvement 🤝 Collaboration with Product, Analytics, Operations, and regional teams for VIP product and client experience development 🛠 Execution of ad-hoc tasks for the VIP direction: urgent OSINT, calls, migrations, data summarization, operational takeover of VIP functions in a region, and other tasks 🌍 Prompt connection to problem regions and temporary takeover of VIP functions as needed 💡 Search and implementation of new tools, approaches, and practices to enhance the efficiency of the VIP direction ✅ What we expect from the candidate: ▪️ 2+ years of experience in a similar role ▪️ Deep product expertise ▪️ Understanding of player behavior patterns ▪️ Skill in setting technical specifications and critically reviewing analysis results of metrics ▪️ Basic proficiency in using Tableau and interpreting metrics and their interrelationships ▪️ Practical use of AI tools ▪️ Deep understanding of player fraud patterns ▪️ Experience in VIP communication ✨ If you are ready to be a driving force for the development of the VIP product and our top client base, we look forward to hearing from you!
