Tasks
- Research of Bank source systems (DB AC replicas/views) for the presence of relevant data on the business process being audited
- Research of problem areas in banking processes (non-credit and credit operations of individuals).
- Collection of digital footprints of the customer journey in business processes (Process Mining) and development of automated control methods (SQL, pySpark)
- Assessment of compliance of automated systems' business logic with requirements and standards, analysis of technical code, and development of recommendations.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL proficiency: ability to write complex queries, optimize query performance, and read others' code
- Python programming experience: confident command of essential data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn), skills in automating routine operations and integrating services
- Proficient Excel user: fluent in pivot tables, complex formulas, and functions
- Ability to clearly and structurally analyze large volumes of information, draw conclusions, and present results to management.
- Readiness to actively apply artificial intelligence technologies in daily work (the company provides internal training and professional development courses)
Will be a plus: familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, Spark), GreenPlum DBMS, frameworks for developing agent models (LangChain, LangGraph), experience with vector databases and transformer models, basic knowledge of banking and understanding of financial products and processes.
