Main channels are the customer chat with the Bank and telephony.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced QA engineer who will help us rethink the approach to testing non-deterministic entities and update existing tools. Ideally, we are looking for ready-made experience.

We are willing to consider specialists capable of quickly immersing themselves in a new subject area and delivering the expected result.

Responsibilities

• Automated testing of functionality
• Writing test scenarios for solutions based on LLM
• Processing test results, describing bugs in Jira
• Updating the test model
• Automating test scenarios
• Participating in discussions of the test model with analysts and developers

Requirements

• Understanding of the QA process and its role in software development
• Knowledge and experience in test automation using JAVA or Python
• Ability to analyze business processes and select approaches for their testing
• Having practical skills in developing test scenarios

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Langchain Eval, Deepval, Trulens, Ragas
• Understanding and practical experience in using LLM-as-a-Judge
