Senior Affiliate Manager

A licensed crypto casino is building its own affiliate program. Seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to take full responsibility for the development of the program: from attracting the first partners to building a scalable affiliate machine.

⚡️Responsibilities: — Search and onboarding of partners: SEO-sites, streamers, YouTube/Telegram channels, performance networks, media buyers — Development of individual offers (RevShare, CPA, hybrid models), negotiation, and deal closing — Working with Twitch / Kick / YouTube streamers - from outreach to support, performance monitoring based on NGR and ROAS — Analytics for each partner: clicks, registrations, deposits, NGR - identifying successful strategies and scaling them — Searching for new funnels: affiliate networks, sub-affiliate schemes, new geos — Participation in platform development - tracking, promo materials, processes

⚡️Requirements: — 3+ years in affiliate marketing in iGaming (fiat or crypto casinos) — Market understanding: key players, RevShare/CPA mechanics, specifics of the crypto audience — Experience in scaling affiliate programs - growth in the number of partners, traffic, and revenue — Ability to work in a startup environment without established processes, building a structure from scratch — English at a negotiation level
