🚀 Head of Affiliates (iGaming)

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Define and execute affiliate strategy aligned with business goals • Lead and grow the affiliate team • Build and maintain strong affiliate partnerships • Analyze performance, set KPIs, and optimize campaigns • Manage CPA, RevShare (RS), and hybrid models • Identify growth opportunities and new markets • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) • Manage budget and reporting • Negotiate commercial terms • Represent the company at industry events

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming preferred) • Strong leadership and team management skills • Data-driven and analytical mindset • Hands-on and strategic approach • Experience with affiliate tools and tracking platforms • Knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models • Experience in fast-paced environments

🌍 Languages: • Russian — mandatory • English — a plus
