I'm seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales growth and drive expansion for our creative tech company in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
• Develop strategic sales plans for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Target key verticals including fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce.
• Build lasting client relationships and drive full-cycle sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and analyze pipeline KPIs.

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of sales leadership in SaaS, software, or IT services.
• Solid understanding of software development and tech lifecycles.
• Fluent English communication skills (Greek is a plus).
• Proactive, strategic mindset with strong negotiation skills.
