Russian-speaking project for bilingual children is building a team

An online project for developing the Russian language through reading and discussing modern books in Russian.

We have developed a unique program for maintaining and developing the Russian language, compiled a library of the best modern books, and implemented AI tools for individually selecting books for each child.

We are looking for a self-sufficient AI developer / vibe-coder with strong web and product design skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a landing page and a personal account with course materials and gamification;
• Set up CRM, sales funnel, and AI agent for customer communication;
• Automate content creation and publication;
• Assemble AI services for interviews, communication with children, and activity analysis;
• Design course materials in corporate style;
• Set up a dashboard with key metrics;
• Support and develop systems after launch.

The first cohort starts on October 1, 2026.

What is important

• Experience with AI, no-code, low-code, and integrations;
• Strong visual taste;
• Ability to quickly assemble working products;
• Independence, systematic approach, and responsibility for results.

Format

Full remote employment. Flexible task distribution throughout the day, prompt communication with the team, and participation in calls. Payment in dollars or rubles.
