AI Product Engineer
We are developing an internal lab for creating AI agents and assistants. Our portfolio includes 4 active projects in the Crypto and AI Tools niches with a subscription-based business model (SaaS).
Our goal: Rapid hypothesis testing and turning concepts into commercially successful products based on SOTA models (GPT-5, Claude) and Replit/MCP infrastructure.
Key focus: Reducing Time-to-Market and creating high added value by integrating AI agents into the current project ecosystem.
We do not train models, adjust weights, or write neural network architectures in PyTorch.
In our AI R&D lab, we work in Vibe Coding mode: we take a raw business idea and, using Replit, Cursor, and MCP servers, turn it into a working SaaS in a matter of days. If you know how to make AI write code for you, assemble the frontend, backend, and deploy it "turnkey" on your own — you are our person.
What you will be doing:
- Creating turnkey AI products: Going from idea and hypothesis to a working prototype (MVP);
- Vibecoding in Replit: Actively using the platform and AI agents for rapid assembly and implementation of solutions;
- Working with MCP: Setting up and integrating MCP servers (Model Context Protocol) to expand model capabilities;
- Prompt Engineering: Writing and testing system prompts, analyzing model behavior, and achieving the required response quality;
- Autonomous launch: Independently deploying projects (without DevOps help) and conducting testing;
- Presentation and development: Presenting results to the team and clients, gathering feedback, and finding new growth points for AI in our business.
What we expect from you:
- 1+ years of experience: In creating AI agents, assistants, or in dynamic startups;
- Technical foundation: You understand AI principles and know how to use MCP servers in practice;
- Maker skills: You can fully assemble and launch a project independently, using modern No-code/Low-code and AI tools;
- Discipline and drive: Ability to work under uncertainty, independently prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
- Product thinking: Ability to find a balance between "beautiful code" and the speed of hypothesis testing;
- Soft Skills: Willingness to communicate with clients and defend your ideas.
It would be great if you:
- Are already "living" in Replit and know all the capabilities of this platform.
