Requirements

Experience working with the personal brand of the company's top executive (executive communications / personal branding) from 5-7 years.
Strong copywriting skills — the candidate must be able to write texts independently, not just order or edit.

Strategic thinking and understanding of reputational and GR risks — the ability to foresee the consequences of publications several steps ahead.

Experience in crisis communications or readiness to quickly master it.

High emotional intelligence and tact when working with a public figure.

Discipline in content approval — coordinated brand management with the holding is important, not autonomous.

Experience in media training and preparing speakers for public speaking — an advantage.
