🚀We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (Cyprus, Limassol, office)

We need a Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead full-cycle projects – from idea and task definition to product launch.

This role is at the intersection of Project Management, Product, Business Analysis, and Development, so it is important to feel confident in communication with both business and technical teams.

What you will do: • manage projects in the area of payment systems and related products; • coordinate the work of development, analytics, product, and marketing teams; • optimize processes and implement best practices; • work with the UX/UI team, analyze product research and key metrics; • prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations; • develop technical specifications and business requirements; • adapt projects to business changes and regulatory requirements.

Tech Stack: 🔹 Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Microsoft Project; 🔹 BPMN, UML, Miro, Figma, Notion; 🔹 Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, YouTrack; 🔹 SQL (middle).

We expect: • Project Manager experience of 3+ years; • technical background (analytics, development, or testing will be an advantage); • experience with Agile/Scrum; • understanding of system architecture, business processes, and the ability to build diagrams; • a high level of independence and readiness to work in conditions of uncertainty; • initiative and a desire to improve processes.

Will be a plus: • experience in fintech, payment systems, banks, or crypto; • experience managing multiple product areas simultaneously.
