We are looking for a Product Manager/Business Analyst/Project Manager from Middle level for a product IT company to our partners with an in-house support department, with in-house tooling solutions and partially own development of product solutions for customer support.

Responsibilities: • Study current processes and tools, analyze the backlog of "ideas" that haven't been addressed yet • Analyze problems and search for solutions • Formulate requirements and assign tasks to development • Accompany tasks until implementation and monitor their integration into work

Requirements: • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position • Manage tasks and statuses in Jira/YouTrack • Maintain documentation in Confluence • Proficient in Excel at an advanced level with pivot tables • Have experience in conducting analysis based on AS IS/TO BE data
