We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Content to lead the content team and be responsible for creating effective communication with users in international markets.
Responsibilities • Lead and develop the content team: participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of employees. • Build and scale content production processes, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines. • Transform brand and content strategy into clear action plans, goals, and KPIs for the team. • Control a consistent tone of voice, quality, and relevance of content across all communication channels and GEOs. • Develop and implement content initiatives for user retention, VIP segment, customer reactivation, tournaments, promotions, and other marketing activities. • Analyze content effectiveness, make data-driven decisions, and optimize resource allocation within the team. • Seek new opportunities for growth and improvement of the user experience through content. • Collaborate closely with CRM, SMM, Design, Product, and VIP teams to create consistent customer communication.
What we expect • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a content team. • Experience in iGaming or related industries. • Deep understanding of content strategy, audience segmentation, CRM communications, and retention mechanics. • Experience managing content for multiple communication channels and various GEOs. • Skills in building scalable processes, regulations, and content quality standards. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Developed communication and stakeholder management skills.
