We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Content in an iGaming company. ** What you will do** • Lead and develop the content team: participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of employees. • Build and scale content production processes, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines. • Transform brand and content strategy into clear action plans, goals, and KPIs for the team. • Control a unified tone of voice, quality, and relevance of content across all communication channels and all GEOs. • Analyze content effectiveness, make data-driven decisions, and optimize resource allocation within the team. • Explore new opportunities for growth and improvement of user experience through content.

What we expect • More than 3 years of experience in content marketing. • Experience managing a content team for 1+ year. • Experience in iGaming, online casinos, betting, or related industries. • Deep understanding of content strategy, audience segmentation, CRM communications, and user retention mechanics. • Experience managing content for multiple communication channels and various GEOs. • Skills in building scalable processes, regulations, and content quality standards. • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. • Developed communication and stakeholder management skills.
