🚀 In a developing iGaming project, we are looking for a strong Head of Retention who will take responsibility for the development of the CRM & Retention direction, increasing LTV, and player monetization.
🔥 Your tasks: 🔹 Development and implementation of Retention & CRM strategy 🔹 Management of the full player lifecycle: activation, retention, reactivation, VIP 🔹 Database segmentation, personalization, and automation of CRM campaigns 🔹 Development of bonus mechanics, loyalty programs, and gamification 🔹 Team management and process optimization 🔹 Work with metrics: Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU, NGR, Churn Rate
🎯 Who we are looking for: ☑ Experience in managing the Retention/CRM direction in iGaming ☑ Deep understanding of the casino player lifecycle ☑ Experience in building CRM strategies and managing a team ☑ Strong analytical skills and real cases of growth in retention, LTV, and revenue ☑ Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
