Vacancy: Full-Stack Engineer (React + Go) at Tria Finance

🚀 Tria Finance is a fintech startup at the intersection of blockchain and traditional finance. We are developing a high-load SaaS platform for crypto asset custody for institutional clients. We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer who can lead feature development from start to finish: from pure domain modeling in Go or Node.js to a high-quality interface in React.

What you will do • Develop end-to-end product features: backend in Go and Node.js/Express, frontend in React • Use AI development tools (Cursor/Copilot/ClaudeCode and similar) daily to accelerate development, refactoring, and test generation — while verifying the results and maintaining code cleanliness • Design backend services using DDD approaches (bounded contexts, aggregates, domain events), clean architecture, and pragmatic design • Implement data models and migrations for PostgreSQL and MongoDB, using GORM, Mongoose, or raw queries where necessary • Develop and maintain REST APIs (as well as webhooks/event-driven workflows if needed) in Go and Node.js/Express • Implement frontend flows in React (TypeScript): dashboards, administrative processes, status lifecycles, audit-view interfaces • Ensure system correctness and observability: structured logging, metrics, tracing, and production-ready error handling • Participate in the implementation of basic security aspects: RBAC, principle of least privilege, secure handling of secrets, and audit logs • Be responsible for quality: unit/integration tests, contract tests, and CI pipelines

What is important for us • 8+ years of production system development experience in Go plus confident experience with React • Strong backend development knowledge: concurrency, APIs, reliability, debugging • Hands-on experience with DDD (not just in terms of terminology) • Strong skills with PostgreSQL and MongoDB • Experience with GORM and/or Mongoose (or similar ORM/ODM), as well as readiness to use raw SQL or aggregation pipelines when necessary • Confident frontend development in React (TypeScript preferred) • Good testing discipline (Go testing, Jest/Vitest, integration tests; basic frontend testing) • Hands-on experience with Web3

MANDATORY: confident daily use of AI code writing tools (Cursor/Copilot, etc.)

Will be a plus • Experience with event-driven architecture: outbox, retries, idempotency, background jobs • Experience with RBAC/policy engines, audit logs, fintech/compliance workflows • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), release processes • Experience with highly secure systems (custody, payments, identity)
