Middle Golang Developer [EORD, MTS Web Services]
Job Description
MTC Web Services (MWS) is a tech company providing cloud, AI services, and platform solutions for various business tasks: from data processing to product development and process optimization.
We are looking for a Middle Golang Developer for the order management domain team: receiving orders from sales channels, orchestrating their execution, and activating products for internal and external systems. This involves 20+ microservices on Go: order services, fulfillment, specification catalog, and a pool of Zeebe workers that execute BPMN process steps. The load is hundreds of thousands of orders, with integrations to dozens of adjacent systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain microservices and Zeebe workers in Go: business logic for orders, fulfillment, product events;
- Build integrations with adjacent systems: GraphQL subgraphs (Apollo Federation), REST/gRPC, Kafka events;
- Work with BPMN order execution processes (Zeebe/Camunda) — from process step to worker;
- Write tests and participate in code reviews;
- Analyze incidents using metrics and logs (Grafana, VictoriaMetrics);
- Participate in design: discussion of contracts, data schemas, task decomposition.
What we expect
- 2–3 years of commercial development in Go: goroutines/context, error handling, clean package structure;
- Understanding of programming at a basic level: algorithms, data structures, what happens when code is written;
- Experience with APIs: REST, gRPC, or GraphQL — one technology is enough to understand the principle, we will teach the specifics;
- Understanding of microservice architecture: message brokers (Kafka or equivalent), idempotency, and retries;
- Databases: MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL — ability to write and optimize queries;
- Docker, Kubernetes at a confident user level; Git, CI/CD (GitLab CI);
- Bonus points: Zeebe/Camunda or other BPM/workflow engines (Temporal), GraphQL, Helm/Flux, experience in telecom or e-commerce.
What we offer
- Our own MTS Ocean platform for obtaining IT resources, which means deployment, monitoring, and observability will not be a problem for you; you can focus on features;
- Professional engineering guilds where we support each other and help each other improve;
- Internal TechTalks platform for sharing experience, discussions, and developing self-presentation skills;
- Participation in external IT conferences. We speak at HighLoad++, DataFest, Mobius, Test Driven Conf, Joker, DevOps, Matemarketing, and even host our own architecture conference, True Tech Arch;
- Useful courses and webinars in the corporate university and an electronic library;
- Additionally:
- Voluntary medical insurance from the first month of work, including dental care;
- Accident insurance from the 1st month of work. Financial assistance in difficult life situations;
- Vacation of 28 calendar days;
- General practitioner appointments and massage at the office;
- Mobile communication at the company's expense and preferential tariffs for relatives;
- Subscription to the online cinema KION, MTS Music service, MTS Lines book service, unlimited messengers and social networks.
