We're looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead global technical support operations in the telecommunications industry.
Requirements: ✅ 5+ years in VoIP / Telecom / CPaaS / CCaaS / UCaaS ✅ 2+ years managing technical support teams ✅ Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP routing, SIP Trunking, DIDs, carrier operations & telecom infrastructure ✅ Experience with Asterisk, FreePBX, or similar PBX platforms ✅ Fluent English
