Our client is a fast-growing international broker (various instruments, plus binary options). The affiliate program is one of the main growth directions of the company. Today, it is in the early stages of development, so we are looking for a person who can form a strategy, build processes, and turn Affiliate into a full-fledged business scaling channel. This is an opportunity to build a direction from scratch with great potential.

🎯 What you will do

• Develop a strategy for the Affiliate program development. • Scale partner acquisition. • Develop existing partner channels. • Work with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models. • Analyze the effectiveness of sources. • Formulate processes, KPIs, and a scaling system. • Together with marketing, develop new markets.

✅ What is important

• Experience as Head of Affiliate / Affiliate Lead. • Preferably experience in Forex / CFD / Binary / FinTech. Experience in iGaming will also be considered. • Deep understanding of affiliate models. • Experience in scaling affiliate programs. • English B2+.
