Hiring: Head of Affiliate/ Head of IB Company: international broker Work format: Remote (not considering candidates located in the Republic of Belarus/Russian Federation) Salary range: flexible, willing to offer different cooperation options (salary + bonuses)

About this role: You will be responsible for the development and scaling of the global Affiliate & IB program: forming strategy, attracting and developing partners, building commercial models (CPA/RevShare), managing key metrics (FTD, LTV) and directly influencing company revenue growth and international expansion.

What you will do:

• build and scale the Affiliate & IB program from scratch; • develop an international partner network (IB, affiliates, influencers); • manage CPA/RevShare models, budgets and key metrics (FTD, LTV, ROI, CAC); • lead an international team; • participate in major industry conferences (iFX Expo, SiGMA, Affiliate World).

**Requirements for the vacancy: **✔️ 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD, Crypto or Fintech, in leadership positions; ✔️ successful experience in developing Affiliate/IB programs; ✔️ experience working with international markets (Latin America, Asia, Europe, Middle East and North Africa); ✔️ experience in building departments and managing teams ✔️ skills in creating partner analytical systems (business intelligence tools, tracking platforms). ✔️ English language proficiency from B2.

➕ Will be an advantage: Spanish language and experience working with LatAm markets.
