🔥 Senior Affiliate Manager (LATAM) | iGaming

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to develop and scale the LATAM direction.

📍 Remote
📍 Full-time

What you will do:

• Develop and scale the affiliate network in the LATAM region; • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners; • Analyze traffic efficiency and optimize metrics; • Conduct negotiations on commercial terms and close deals; • Work with reporting, metrics, and budgets; • Monitor the market, competitors, and new growth opportunities.

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing in iGaming; • Experience working with the LATAM market is mandatory; • Having your own network of contacts among affiliates will be an advantage; • Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and key performance metrics; • Experience in conducting negotiations and closing major partnerships; • English language at a fluent level.
