We are looking for a game designer passionate about slots and game mechanics. We need someone who can create an engaging gaming experience, think through mechanics and mathematics, and work with art and documentation.
— Developing slot concepts: mechanics, visuals, scenarios; — Preparing and maintaining GDD, math brief, specifications; — Controlling implementation and testing; — Analyzing the market, trends, and mechanics of successful games.
What is important: — Relevant experience in slots or social casinos for at least 1 year; — Ability to design game features and balance mathematics; — Experience with art feedback; — Analytical thinking, understanding of player metrics and behavior; — Good communication skills, ability to work in a distributed team;
