Requirements: Experience programming in MS-SQL 2008 and above (procedures, table functions, triggers). Ability to maintain procedures of 3000-5000 lines. Ability to understand others' code. Experience programming in FANSY-Script (Pascal). Experience in "all-in-one" mode (analyst, developer, tester) is highly desirable. Knowledge of the securities market (brokerage, trust management, mutual funds). Knowledge of securities accounting according to RSBU, OSBU. Experience in understanding tasks "by ear", from the words of back-office employees. Willingness to test every developer update for compatibility with own modifications and to modify modifications if necessary.
