What you will be doing:

Developing and maintaining autotests in Java, setting up testing and quality control processes
Developing and scaling autotests for backend and web (in the future – covering mobile platforms)
Performing manual testing at the start, including regressions
Writing UI and binary autotests
Participating in the development of the testing strategy
Close collaboration with development, analysts, and product managers

What is important to us:

Solid backend testing skills: REST, API, Postman
Experience writing autotests in Java
Understanding of autotest architecture, ability to design and implement it from scratch
Experience writing UI tests and/or binary tests.
Understanding of mobile testing (deep skills are not required)
Ability to build processes and take responsibility
Proactiveness, independence, and willingness to work in conditions of uncertainty

Will be a plus:

Experience in product companies
Background in fintech, e-commerce, or fast-growing startups
Mentoring and coaching skills
Experience implementing CI/CD solutions for autotests
