First Brewery is the first, largest, and rapidly developing brewing center in Kazakhstan. Job Description: Proficient command-line work (Windows/CMD). Experience in Active Directory administration. Microsoft 365 administration and licensing. Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience in remote administration (RDS, AnyDesk). User support (1st-2nd tier). Work with Helpdesk systems and adherence to SLA. Diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software malfunctions. Basic knowledge of Windows Server and server infrastructure. Work experience in technical support from 1 year. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and proficient command-line work (CMD/PowerShell). Experience in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration. Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Remote administration skills (RDS, AnyDesk, or similar). User support experience (1st-2nd tier). Ability to work with Helpdesk systems and adhere to SLA. Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions. Basic knowledge of Windows Server and server infrastructure. Responsibility, communication skills, teamwork, and a desire for professional development.
