Advancify is a desktop application using biofeedback technologies to help people better understand how their state changes during work and choose the right moment for recovery.
We are looking for a strong Product / UX/UI Designer to help develop the Advancify interface and transform complex data and technologies into a clear, useful, and visually strong user experience.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing the UX/UI for Advancify desktop application for macOS, as well as web interfaces and the product website.
- Developing user scenarios, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Designing interfaces for metrics, charts, insights, notifications, and personalized recommendations.
- Finding ways to simply and clearly visualize complex data about the user's state and performance.
- Developing and evolving the design system, UI kit, and component library.
- Conducting user research, usability tests, and validating product hypotheses.
- Analyzing user behavior and identifying opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Close collaboration with the product team and developers from idea and prototype to implementation.
- Quality control of design implementation and maintaining a consistent visual language for Advancify.
Requirements
- Product Designer / UX/UI Designer experience from 5 years.
- Strong experience in designing desktop applications.
- Work on macOS: Mac must be the primary work device.
- Experience creating complex product interfaces with a large amount of data, metrics, states, and user scenarios.
- Proficient in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and variables.
- Good understanding of human-centered design, usability, and accessibility principles.
- Experience in creating and developing design systems and UI kits.
- Ability to work not only with the visual part of the interface but also with product logic, user scenarios, and information architecture.
- Ability to independently propose solutions, justify them, and test them with users.
- A portfolio with implemented digital products is mandatory.
Will be a plus
- Experience designing products in the productivity, quantified self, health tech, wearables, or performance analytics categories.
- Experience in visualizing data, metrics, charts, and personal analytics.
- Experience working with products using AI or personalized algorithms.
- Understanding of product analytics principles and user behavior research.
- Skills in motion design and creating micro-animations.
- Experience designing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
