We are expanding the Bitrix24 (CRM) team and are looking for an experienced analyst who knows not only how to gather requirements but also how to independently design and configure solutions based on the boxed version of Bitrix24.
What you will be doing
- gathering, analyzing, and formalizing customer requirements;
- conducting interviews and working meetings with stakeholders;
- installing and performing initial system configuration;
- designing a solution considering the capabilities and limitations of Bitrix24;
- configuring access rights, roles, and the object model;
- creating business processes, robots, and smart processes;
- designing integration flows and interaction architecture with external systems;
- developing project documentation: technical specifications, User Stories, integration specifications, test cases;
- testing implemented functionality, fixing bugs, and assigning tasks for refinement;
- conducting demonstrations and user training;
- participating in pre-sales as a system expert;
- controlling the execution of project tasks by junior consultants.
What is important to us
- experience with the boxed version of Bitrix24;
- a minimum of three completed large projects as an analyst;
- confident configuration of business processes, robots, and smart processes;
- ability to translate business requirements into specific Bitrix24 functionalities;
- experience in analyzing requirements, defining project scope and system limitations;
- skill in preparing technical specifications, User Stories, integration specifications, test cases, and other analytical documentation;
- understanding of integration architecture;
- knowledge of the product's current functionality and limitations;
- possession of vendor certificates:
- "Administrator. Basic";
- "Administrator. Modules".
