We are creating a digital efficiency infrastructure for adult users, students, and companies. The product combines:

We are developing on macOS, Windows, and mobile OS platforms.
The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience, who will take responsibility for the development of the desktop and mobile product.
The role requires systems thinking, working with data and metrics, managing the roadmap, and launching new features.
Responsibilities
- Forming and managing the roadmap for desktop and mobile applications
- Feature prioritization (impact / effort, product value)
- Defining and controlling key KPIs (activation, retention, engagement, subscription conversion)
- Working with cognitive and behavioral metrics
- Formulating hypotheses and conducting A/B tests
- Improving trial conversion and monetization
- Optimizing onboarding
- Developing real-time notification logic
- Improving habit formation mechanics
- Increasing long-term user retention
- Preparing PRD and product documentation
- Working with the engineering team (desktop / mobile)
- Collaborating with design and marketing
- Managing the release cycle.
Requirements
- Product Manager experience of at least 5 years
- Experience launching and developing desktop and/or mobile applications
- Experience with a subscription model
- Confident work with analytics and metrics
- English language skills at Upper Intermediate level or higher
Will be an advantage
- Experience in wellness, digital health, or mental performance applications
- Experience with productivity or biofeedback products
- Experience with AI products or real-time data
- Understanding of the privacy-by-design approach
- Experience launching a product in the US market.
