Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

RELOCATION TO FRANCE (SPONSORED) OR REMOTE EU

Location: Must be based in the EU with working rights. Hybrid option available in Paris (Bourse) or remote within Europe. Sponsorship available for relocation to France only.

Compensation: €100,000 – €130,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own complex technical initiatives from discovery through production.
• Drive architectural decisions for savings and banking platforms.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to influence technical direction.
• Ship high-quality, scalable, and reliable systems daily.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Lead improvements across infrastructure, security, and developer tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must be based in the EU with valid working rights.
• Strong architectural and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Experience building highly-available and resilient APIs.
• Experience in cloud-native and microservices environments.
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or regulated environments.
• Proficiency in French.
