You will:
- resolve issues of operation, ensuring the operability and functioning of systems transferred to technical support in the area of systems that make up the IT infrastructure
- resolve issues of operation, ensuring the operability and functioning of operating systems transferred to technical support: Redos, Astra
- develop a knowledge base for technical support regarding the IT infrastructure profile
- interact with the technical support service of manufacturers and partners regarding the process of resolving Customer requests and controlling the operational service metrics of manufacturers
What is important to us:
- deep knowledge of hardware and system software of information technologies, including understanding of data center architecture (computing servers, storage systems, SAN, UPS, virtualization, clustering, load balancing, backup systems, operating systems, monitoring systems)
- deep knowledge and experience in administering Redos, Astra OS
- good knowledge and experience in servicing hardware: firmware updates, management module configuration (iDRAC, iLO, OA, etc.), configuring blade chassis and rack servers based on x86 architecture, diagnosing hardware malfunctions and wear, as well as system administration
- good knowledge and experience in administering VMware virtualization environment from 100 hosts
- experience in import substitution of virtual infrastructure and server equipment
- deep knowledge of HW products from Huawei, DELL/EMC, HP companies as an advantage
- knowledge and experience with IaC
