Junior Operations Manager (Affiliate Program)

About the role
We are looking for a junior operations manager to help build and maintain processes around the affiliate program.
This role is at the intersection of business, analytics, and the platform's technical support team: you will help teams interact effectively, simplify processes, and make working with the platform clear and transparent.
Responsibilities
Supporting Affiliate Program Operations
- Processing incoming requests from teams (affiliate managers, sales, etc.)
- Assisting with the affiliate program platform
- Answering user questions about the system
Handling Requests and Tasks
- Translating business requests into structured tasks for the platform's technical support team
- Clarifying requirements and formalizing requests
- Assigning tasks to technical support and monitoring statuses
Communication Between Teams
- Liaising between the affiliate team, sales, and platform technical support
- Clarifying details and synchronizing expectations
- Escalating issues and assisting in their resolution
Operational Support
- Maintaining access records and managing user roles
- Issuing and controlling system access
- Providing data in the required format for the analytics team
Documentation and Standardization
- Structuring existing documentation
- Creating clear instructions and guides for working with the platform
- Maintaining the relevance of materials
What we expect
- 0.5–2 years of experience in an operational role / project coordination / support
- Ability to structure information and manage tasks
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
Would be a plus
- Experience with affiliate / partner programs
- Experience interacting with technical support or IT teams
- Basic understanding of analytics and data handling
- Experience with documentation (Notion, Confluence, etc.)
