🚀Affiliate Manager (iGaming, Limassol)

A global product IT company, developing high-load products in the iGaming sector, is looking for an Affiliate Manager.

The main task of the role is to develop the affiliate channel: attract quality partners, increase target traffic and FTD volume, improve profitability, and retain partners.

📌Responsibilities:

• Search, attract, and onboard new partners (webmasters, agencies, and other traffic sources). • Conduct negotiations, agree on commercial terms, and develop long-term relationships. • Monitor the effectiveness of the affiliate channel: traffic, FTD, deposits, RevShare, retention. • Analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement measures to improve efficiency. • Prepare regular reports. • Provide partners with marketing materials (banners, landing pages, tracking links). • Inform partners about new promotions, bonuses, and changes in cooperation terms. • Interact with marketing and design teams for the preparation of promotional materials. • Oversee the accuracy of accruals and payments. • Analyze the competitive landscape and iGaming market trends. • Maintain regular communication with partners and promptly resolve arising issues.

📌Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming. • Experience working with Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. • Understanding of principles for attracting, developing, and retaining partners. • Skills in analyzing affiliate channel performance. • Experience with Keitaro, Semrush, Ahrefs, and CRM systems. • English language proficiency – B2 level and above. • Willingness to travel, including to African countries.

📌Will be a plus:

• Own base of active partners. • French language proficiency. • Experience with additional GEOs and affiliate networks.

📌Conditions:

• Official employment under Cyprus Labor Law. • Office-based work in Limassol. • 5/2 work schedule with flexible start time (08:00–10:00). • Corporate meals. • Partial reimbursement for English language courses and sports.
