An international product IT company developing high-load products in the iGaming sphere is looking for an Affiliate Manager.
The main task of the role is to develop the affiliate channel: attract quality partners, increase target traffic and FTD volume, boost profitability, and retain partners.
What you will be doing:
- Searching, attracting, and onboarding new partners (webmasters, agencies, and other traffic sources).
- Conducting negotiations, agreeing on commercial terms, and developing long-term relationships.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the affiliate channel: traffic, FTD, deposits, RevShare, retention.
- Analyzing partner performance, identifying growth areas, and implementing measures to improve efficiency.
- Preparing regular reports.
- Providing partners with marketing materials (banners, landing pages, tracking links).
- Informing partners about new promotions, bonuses, and changes in cooperation terms.
- Interacting with marketing and design teams when preparing promotional materials.
- Monitoring the accuracy of accruals and payments.
- Analyzing the competitive landscape and iGaming market trends.
- Maintaining regular communication with partners and promptly resolving arising issues.
What we expect:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
- Experience with Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
- Understanding of partner acquisition, development, and retention principles.
- Skills in analyzing affiliate channel effectiveness.
- Experience with Keitaro, Semrush, Ahrefs, and CRM systems.
- English language proficiency — B2 level and above.
- Willingness to travel on business, including to African countries.
Will be a plus:
- Own database of active partners.
- French language.
- Experience with additional GEOs and affiliate networks.
Conditions:
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of Cyprus.
- Work from the office in Limassol.
- 5/2 schedule with flexible start times (08:00–10:00).
