Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to be responsible for the development and management of an iGaming partner portfolio. The main task is to scale traffic, build long-term partnerships, and achieve high business results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop an affiliate partner portfolio. Search for and attract new partners. Support existing partners in achieving their KPIs. Conduct negotiations, agree on commercial terms, and support contracts. Analyze partner performance and optimize traffic quality. Regular communication with partners (calls, correspondence, online and offline meetings).

Our Expectations

From 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming niche. Experience in online marketing or sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage). Analytical thinking and result orientation.
