About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing an iGaming affiliate partner portfolio. The main task is to scale traffic, build long-term partnerships, and achieve high business results.
Key Responsibilities
Management and development of the affiliate partner portfolio. Sourcing and attracting new partners. Supporting existing partners to achieve their KPIs. Conducting negotiations, agreeing on commercial terms, and managing contracts. Analyzing partner performance and optimizing traffic quality. Regular communication with partners (calls, correspondence, online and offline meetings).
What We Expect
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming niche. Experience with Tier 1-2 Geographies Experience with iGaming product Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage). Analytical thinking and result orientation.
