Junior Operations Manager (Affiliate Program)

About the Role
We are looking for a junior operations manager to help build and maintain processes around the affiliate program.
This role is at the intersection of business, analytics, and the platform's technical support team: you will help teams interact effectively, simplify processes, and make working with the platform clear and transparent.
Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Support
- Process incoming requests from teams (affiliate managers, sales, etc.)
- Assist with the affiliate program platform
- Respond to user questions about the system
Handling Requests and Tasks
- Translate business requests into structured tasks for the platform's technical support team
- Clarify requirements and formalize requests
- Forward tasks to technical support and monitor statuses
Inter-team Communication
- Act as a liaison between the affiliate team, sales, and platform technical support
- Clarify details and synchronize expectations
- Escalate issues and assist in their resolution
Operational Support
- Maintain access records and manage user roles
- Issue and control system access
- Provide data in the required format for the analytics team
Documentation and Standardization
- Structure existing documentation
- Create clear instructions and guides for working with the platform
- Keep materials up-to-date
We Expect
- 0.5–2 years of experience in an operational role / project coordination / support
- Ability to structure information and work with tasks
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
Will be a Plus
- Experience with affiliate programs
- Experience interacting with technical support or IT teams
- Basic understanding of analytics and data handling
- Experience with documentation tools (Notion, Confluence, etc.)
