Head of Project (iGaming)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Relocation)
Format: Office / Full-time.
An international iGaming holding company is expanding its portfolio and is looking for a leader ready to take charge of White Label projects. This role is for those who feel constrained within a single function and are ready to be accountable for the business as a whole.

What you will do:
- Full operational management of the product;
- Coordinate all key functions: marketing, product, support, affiliate, finance;
- Be responsible for key metrics: LTV, ROI, retention, traffic;
- Launch and scale new markets;
- Identify growth opportunities and improve product efficiency;
- Interact with management and participate in strategic decisions.
Who we are looking for:
- iGaming experience of 5+ years;
- Team management experience of 20+ people;
- Experience in operational product management (not just a function);
- Deep understanding of metrics: LTV, ROI, retention, traffic;
- Experience working with marketing / product / affiliate / support;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a high pace;
- Readiness to take responsibility for results, not just processes.
