Senior Operations Manager / Project Manager (iGaming)

We are an international iGaming product operating in Tier-1 markets (AU, DE, UK). We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to help build and scale the product's operational processes.

What you will do: • Manage the operational activities of the product and optimize business processes; • Coordinate the work of Product, Development, CRM, Payments, Analytics, Support, VIP, Marketing, and other teams; • Control key processes: Payments, Bonus System, CRM, KYC/AML, Antifraud, VIP and Loyalty; • Formulate business requirements and set tasks for the development team; • Participate in the launch of new GEOs, payment solutions, and internal tools; • Conduct UAT, control release quality, and participate in incident analysis.

What is important: • Experience in the role of Operations Manager / Product Operations / Head of Operations in iGaming; • Experience interacting with Product, Development, and Analytics teams; • Understanding of APIs, integrations, payment infrastructure, and product business processes; • English B2+.
