🚀 Head of Project / General Manager (iGaming) 📍 Limassol, Cyprus (on-site, relocation) 📌 Full-time

We are still looking for a strong operational leader for an international iGaming holding who is ready to manage a product as a separate business unit and influence its growth, economics, and strategy.

💡 About the role: This is not a classic Project Manager - this is a COO / General Manager level position with full responsibility for the product's results. The portfolio includes White Label iGaming projects with a live audience, teams, and a built-out infrastructure.

🔥 What this role offers: ▪️ Product ownership and influence on key business decisions ▪️ Work with P&L and growth drivers ▪️ Management of teams of 20 - 150+ people ▪️ Scaling in Tier-1/2/3 markets ▪️ Fast pace and minimal bureaucracy

🎯 Main tasks: ▪️ Management of product operational activities ▪️ Synchronization of all functions: marketing / product / affiliate / support / finance ▪️ Growth of key metrics: LTV, ROI, retention, traffic ▪️ Launch and development of new markets ▪️ Optimization of processes and improvement of team efficiency ▪️ Work with budgets and financial indicators

🔍 Candidate profile: ▪️ 5+ years in iGaming ▪️ Experience in managing teams of 20+ people ▪️ Experience in managing a product or direction with business responsibility ▪️ Understanding of unit economics and key metrics ▪️ Experience with acquisition / retention / affiliate ▪️ Readiness to work in a high-paced environment
