Position: Regional Managing Director / Group CEO (Tier 1)
An international iGaming holding company is looking for a Group CEO / Regional Managing Director to be responsible for the development of its brand portfolio in Tier-1 markets and the management of several CEOs within the region.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage 3–6 local CEOs and develop the regional portfolio. • Formulate strategies for market entry and scaling in new GEOs. • Control P&L, GGR, NGR, ROI, CPA, Retention, and investment efficiency. • Build processes between marketing, product, finance, and operational teams. • Participate in the recruitment and development of CEOs for new projects. • Work with investors and defend the regional development strategy.
Who we are looking for: • An experienced leader from B2C iGaming. • With experience managing multiple brands, markets, or business units. • With a deep understanding of Tier-1 markets, licensing, payment solutions, and marketing models. • English proficiency — C1+. • Entrepreneurial mindset, systematic approach, and ability to scale business.
Conditions: fixed income + percentage of results from all regional projects (multi-brand model).
