We are an international iGaming brand, actively developing in the MENA, Asia, and other Tier-2 / Tier-3 GEOs markets.

We are looking for an Affiliate Team Lead – a strong leader who will head the existing affiliate department, help scale the direction, and enhance the team's results.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

🎯 Manage the affiliate team and develop the direction;

📈 Formulate strategy, KPIs, and control plan execution;

🤝 Develop current partners and attract new ones;

💰 Increase the volume of quality traffic, deposits, and profit;

📊 Analyze key performance indicators: FTD, NGR, Profit, CPA, ROI, Retention, LTV;

💼 Work with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Fixed models;

🌍 Negotiate with major partners, webmasters, and agencies;

👥 Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and development of affiliate managers;

🛡️ Control traffic quality, detect fraud, and optimize expenses;

🔄 Interact with Marketing, Product, CRM, Retention, and Finance teams.

🎯 What We Expect

✔️ Experience as an Affiliate Team Lead in iGaming;

✔️ Experience in managing an affiliate team;

✔️ Confirmed cases of profit growth and affiliate direction scaling;

✔️ Deep understanding of affiliate marketing in Betting/Casino;

✔️ Experience with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Fixed models;

✔️ Understanding of unit economics and key financial metrics;

✔️ Negotiation skills with major partners;

✔️ Analytical and systematic approach to work;

✔️ Fluent Russian and English for business communication;

✔️ Willingness to work from the office in Limassol.
