Location: Limassol, Cyprus (office)

📌 Responsibilities: Manage and develop a team of Affiliate Managers. Build and implement an affiliate strategy for Asian markets. Search for, attract, and develop new affiliate partners. Conduct negotiations with key partners and agree on cooperation terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid). Develop long-term relationships with existing partners and improve their effectiveness. Analyze traffic quality, key KPIs, and identify growth opportunities. Monitor the team's performance indicators and develop the affiliate channel. Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and seek new scaling opportunities.

📌 Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Team Lead in iGaming. Practical experience with Asian markets. Having your own partner base and experience developing an affiliate network will be an advantage. Leadership qualities and team management experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. English language proficiency — (B1) and above.
