🚀 iGaming company is expanding its team and is looking for an Affiliate Team Lead (Asia Markets)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (office)
📌 Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing a team of Affiliate Managers.
- Building and implementing an affiliate strategy for Asian markets.
- Searching for, attracting, and developing new affiliate partners.
- Negotiating with key partners and agreeing on cooperation terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
- Developing long-term relationships with existing partners and improving their performance.
- Analyzing traffic quality, key KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Monitoring the team's performance against targets and developing the affiliate channel.
- Market research, competitor monitoring, and identifying new scaling opportunities.
📌 Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Team Lead in iGaming.
- Practical experience with Asian markets.
- Having your own partner base and experience in developing an affiliate network will be an advantage.
- Leadership qualities and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English language proficiency — B1 or higher.
