Lead Affiliate Manager (TIER 3)
Responsibilities:
- Search and attraction of new partners through various channels (CPA networks, direct affiliates, personal contacts);
- Integration and development of cooperation with new partners, as well as effective work with the existing partner base;
- Planning and implementation of a scaling strategy in new and current markets;
- Interaction with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) to achieve business goals;
- Participation in the formation and optimization of affiliate program processes;
- Management of a team of affiliate managers (depending on results and management competencies).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the gambling / betting industry in traffic acquisition (affiliate marketing);
- Possession of your own up-to-date partner base ready for interaction;
- Confident experience with affiliate programs and RevShare models;
- Developed communication and negotiation skills with partners;
- Ability to work in a team, focus on results and professional growth;
Key personal qualities: curiosity, initiative, desire for development and expertise in your field.
Will be an advantage:
- Leadership skills and people management experience;
- Good personal connections with key players in the affiliate market (owners and heads of arbitrage, SEO teams, CPA networks).
Conditions:
- Work format: full-time, remote (relocation to Cyprus is possible);
- Schedule: 5/2;
- Probationary period: 3 months;
- Mandatory condition: significant partner base in the target region.
