Vacancy: Head of Project (iGaming) (CEO-like role)

We are looking for a strong operational leader in iGaming who is ready to take full ownership of the product as a complete business.

This is not a classic Project Manager role — it is a position with real influence on the product, team, and key metrics.

What you will do: — Manage the iGaming product (team, funnel, P&L) — Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support, affiliate, finance) — Be responsible for key metrics: LTV, ROI, retention, traffic — Launch and scale new markets — Optimize processes and identify growth areas — Work directly with founders and participate in strategy

Who we are looking for: — 3–5 years of experience in iGaming — Experience managing teams of 20+ people — Experience in operational management of a product/unit — Understanding of metrics: LTV, ROI, retention, traffic — Experience working with affiliate / marketing / product / support — Ability to work in a dynamic environment and take responsibility

Will be a plus: — Experience launching products or markets — Entrepreneurial background — P&L management experience
