Team Lead/Head of CRM

We are an international product company in the iGaming sphere with a presence in the markets of Turkey, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We are currently looking for a Team Lead/Head of CRM to lead the department and be responsible for the development of the CRM strategy and growth of key performance indicators.

📍Location - Cyprus

📌** Main tasks:** — Development and management of CRM strategy and retention plans; — Setting and achieving KPIs for performance growth (casino/sportsbook); — Planning and launching promo campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness; — Team management and development of the CRM direction.

✅ Main requirements: — Experience as Head of CRM / CRM Lead in iGaming for at least 2 years; — Experience in team management and development of CRM processes; — Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM metrics; — Experience with cross-branding.
