Head of CRM
We are an international product company in the iGaming sphere with a presence in the markets of Turkey, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We are currently looking for a Head of CRM to lead the department and be responsible for developing the CRM strategy and growing key performance indicators.
📍 Location - Limassol
📌 Main tasks: — Development and management of CRM strategy and retention plans; — Setting and achieving KPIs for performance growth (casino/sportsbook); — Planning and launching promotional campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness; — Team management and development of the CRM department.
✅ Main requirements: — Experience as Head of CRM / CRM Lead in iGaming for at least 3 years; — Experience in team management and CRM process development; — Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM metrics; — Experience with cross-branding.
