🚀 Senior CRM Manager 📍 Limassol, Cyprus 🏢 Full-time | On-site (Hybrid may be considered in exceptional cases)
We're looking for an experienced Senior CRM Manager to lead CRM and retention strategy across multiple international iGaming markets. You'll own the full CRM lifecycle, build data-driven retention strategies, optimize player journeys, improve NGR and LTV, and lead a growing CRM team while working closely with Product, VIP, Risk, Payments, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities • Build and lead CRM and retention strategy across multiple markets • Develop player lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and automated CRM flows • Increase FTD conversion, retention, reactivation, NGR, and player lifetime value • Plan promotional calendars and personalized CRM campaigns • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on player behavior and business metrics • Lead, mentor, and develop the CRM team • Collaborate with Product, Risk, VIP, Payments, Affiliates, and Support teams
Requirements • Proven experience as a Senior CRM Manager, CRM Manager, Retention Manager, or similar role • Strong iGaming experience across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets • Deep understanding of CRM strategy, player lifecycle, segmentation, retention, and automation • Experience with CRM tools and campaign management platforms • Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills • Excellent English ⭐ Experience with Optimove, Fast Track, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io, multi-brand operations, VIP segmentation, and sportsbook/casino CRM is a strong advantage.
