Junior CRM Specialist

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Type: Full-time | On-site (Hybrid may be considered in exceptional cases)

We're looking for a motivated Junior CRM Specialist to support CRM and retention activities across multiple iGaming markets. This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in CRM, digital marketing, customer support, or iGaming who wants to grow into a strong CRM professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily CRM and retention activities
• Prepare and launch CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite, Inbox)
• Create player segments and assist with lifecycle campaigns
• Configure, test, and monitor CRM campaigns
• Prepare reports and analyze campaign performance
• Coordinate with Product, Design, Support, Payments, Risk, VIP, and Copywriting teams
• Help improve CRM automation, player engagement, and retention

Requirements

• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, customer support, iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or a similar online business
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Good written English
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms
• Experience with Optimove, Fast Track, Braze, Customer.io, campaign management, segmentation, and iGaming products is a strong advantage.
