An international product iGaming company is looking for interns for the Retention department. An excellent opportunity to start a career in CRM/Retention and gain practical experience in iGaming.

What you will be doing Assisting in the launch of CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Web Push, Pop-up). Working with lifecycles: onboarding, welcome, reload, reactivation. Checking and testing mailings before launch. Analyzing basic CRM metrics. Supporting the Retention team in daily tasks.

What is important Interest in iGaming, CRM, and Retention. Attention to detail and analytical thinking. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. English at the level of reading documentation.

Will be a plus: HTML/email layout, familiarity with Smartico or other CRM platforms.
