Position: Head of CRM
Work format: office (Cyprus or Yerevan)
We are looking for: an experienced Head of CRM with expertise in iGaming, who can build a CRM strategy, manage a team, and influence key product business metrics.
Tasks: • development of CRM strategy and roadmap; • CRM team management; • growth of Retention, NGR, LTV; • development of segmentation, automation, and CRM processes; • launch and analysis of CRM campaigns; • interaction with product, analytics, and marketing.
We are looking for: • Head of CRM experience with 3+ years of experience; • experience with Casino and/or Sportsbook; • strong analytics, understanding of A/B tests, Hold-out groups, and CRM metrics; • team management experience; • English language — working proficiency.
